Willcox Savage embraces diversity as a core value and cornerstone of the firm’s commitment to its employees and excellence in client service.
We strive to include and respect every individual at our firm – women and men, married and unmarried, people of any race, national origin, religion, age or sexual orientation.
We believe that diversity fosters an open, positive and satisfying work environment. We are proud that our firm respects and rewards each individual on the basis of personal achievement and contribution. Through our commitment to diversity, and seeking to hire and retain the best people, we believe that we can provide the highest level of talent, resources and commitment to each engagement we undertake on behalf of our clients.
We regularly seek employees of diverse backgrounds for attorney and non-attorney positions so that our workforce reflects the communities and businesses in which we serve.
In addition to recruiting a diverse work force, we continue our focus on diversity once individuals join the firm. Once attorneys and staff arrive at the firm, they receive diversity training during orientation.
Our clients expect their law firm to provide quality legal services in a manner reflective of the breadth and diversity of their own organizations. We share that vision.
Diversity and Inclusion Committee
The Diversity and Inclusion Committee, led by Chair Lisa Murphy, is comprised of partners and associates who are dedicated to support its mission.
