Thomas G. Johnson, Jr. represents real estate developers, large private landowners and others on joint ventures, acquisition and development, conveyance and financing of commercial real estate properties of every type. He also represents companies with regard to corporate governance and corporate finance, including public securities offerings, establishment of holding companies, establishment of ESOP's, purchase and sale of businesses and mergers and joint ventures with other corporate partners.

Ross C. Reeves represents lenders and other creditors, creditor committees and businesses in workout negotiations, foreclosures and bankruptcy reorganization proceedings, most recently serving as counsel to the unsecured creditors committee in the Michael Vick bankruptcy. He is the Group Leader of the firm's Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights practice.

Conrad M. Shumadine has extensive commercial litigation experience in numerous areas, including: land use litigation, commercial lease disputes, municipal law, and media law, and has nationally recognized expertise in antitrust and trade regulation matters.
