Benchmark Litigation has recognized Susan R. Blackman as one of the "Top 250 Women in Litigation” in the United States. She is the only lawyer in Hampton Roads to earn this distinction, and one of only four recognized in the state of Virginia. 

Susan is a partner in the Labor & Employment Group, where her practice focuses on both employment law and business immigration law. She advises business managers about legal issues relating to employees, and she represents employers in court and administrative proceedings involving employment and immigration matters. She also advises businesses regarding compliance with U.S. employment and immigration laws.
