Virginia Super Lawyers 2011 has recognized Susan R. Blackman as one of the "Top 25" female lawyers in the state. Susan is a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Group, where her practice focuses on business immigration and employment law. She serves as Chair of the firm's Business Immigration Law Team.

Susan advises business managers about legal issues relating to employees, and represents employers in federal and state court cases involving all types of employment-related lawsuits. She also advises managers regarding compliance with U.S. employment and immigration laws.
