Neil L. Rose, a partner in the Tax and Estate Practice Group at Willcox Savage, has been appointed by the Virginia Beach Circuit Court to serve as an Assistant Commissioner of Accounts for the City of Virginia Beach. 
 
A former IRS and Treasury Special Honors Attorney, Mr. Rose has over twenty-five years experience in the areas of estate planning and administration, federal and local taxation, real estate and corporate law. He has lectured on estate planning, corporate tax, real estate tax, Virginia sales and use tax, pension tax, tax exempt organizations, and limited liability company issues for the Tax Section of the American Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, ODU Tax Conference, the Virginia Society of CPAs and Virginia CLE.
