Sarah is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Employee Benefits practice group. Sarah provides research support on ERISA and I.R.C. matters to assist clients with their inquiries related to employee benefit and retirement plans. She also assists the Employee Benefits team maintaining complex employee benefits programs.

Additionally, Sarah’s practice involves supporting the Corporate team in merger and acquisition deals, as well as coordinating between the Corporate and Employee Benefits practice groups to address client issues that intertwine employee benefits with business mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Virginia Tech. Sarah is a former Willcox Savage Summer Associate.
